This maybe result of some miscommunication reason being no true follower of any religion will try to pressurize others to convert / change as this is matter of belief which comes from the heart.

If you convert to Christianity are your friends going to be benefit personally ? answer is no, they just love you and want to share with you what they feel is the right way to success and what they themselves believe passionately.

Most people think what he or she is following &/or what their forefathers were following is the right thing to believe and follow. However we should be open to reading religious scriptures of other religions so that we can understand each other better not necessarily for conversion.

As you mentioned they are your friends and if they are concerned about you it shows that they are sincere and genuine. So I am sure if you explain clearly to them that you are not interested in these kind of discussions they may not pursue in future.
