He was one of the ideological figureheads of ikhwanul muslimoon and his ideology was that of the khawaarij the same ideology which is responsible for all the terrorist acts linked to muslims. He reignited the khwaariji ideology which had its roots from the times of the 3rd & 4th caliphs of islam - who fought and killed all of them except a handful who remained alive to spread this cancer.

Methodology of the Khawaarij (terrorist) It includes three things:

  1. Making Takfir of other Muslims.
  2. Renouncing obedience to the leader or government.
  3. Declaring the blood of other Muslims lawful to spill.

All the above ideologies are propagated in his writings and books which are used extensively to brainwash terrorists.

The books that represented his final thoughts (in ideology, before his death) contained the following:

Even the raafidah shias who are against sunnis used to like the revolutionary ideologies of syed Qutb who had mixed the revolutionary ideology of lenin and marx in his khwaaariji ideology to make a deadly cocktail.

With respect to his knowledge about Islam then he was an ignoramus & had little knowledge about even the basic tenets of faith however he was arrogant not to accept any mistakes on his ideology if it was pointed out by leading scholars of that time who intellectually demolished all his claims and arguments.
