Quran states:

Qatadah reported:

So even if women wear skimpy outfits, Islam doesn’t give permission to stare at them leave alone make sexual advances . Moreover as per Islam any sex outside marriage is a punishable offence even if it is with a prostitute leave alone an innocent child. And if the person is married and indulges in such acts then it is capital punishment. So Islam as a religion has nothing to do with such crimes.

The significance of character and moral values has consistently been highlighted by all Islamic scholars and intellectuals, who also stress the necessity of adhering to the laws of the land in accordance with Islamic teachings. Nonetheless, merely being born into a Muslim family or having a Muslim name does not necessarily indicate that one practices Islam sincerely.
