Are There Agencies in Iran for Sighe Matches
:::note[Description]
Question:
Is there any agency in Iran to help arrange sighe/mut‘a marriages for reproduction? - An inquiry into whether professional agencies exist in Iran to arrange temporary marriages (sighemut‘a) solely for reproduction purposes. :::
Answer:
Allah says: “Help one another in righteousness and piety, but do not help one another in sin and transgression. Fear Allah, for Allah is strict in punishment.” [Sūrah al-Mā’idah: 2]
Clearly what you are asking for is HARAAM in Islam and any good muslim wont help you in this endeavor.
If you are so much inclined to have a child then you can marry another women as Islam gives permission for that, but Islam does not give permission for anyone to use a women like a machine for reproduction.
Secondly, any clause or contract which goes against the basic rights of women in Islam is UNISLAMIC. So even if a women signs such contract (relinquishing her child) it has neither legal nor Islamic validity, because the mother has right to the child 3 times more than the father as mentioned by the Prophet saws and no law or contract or agreement can supersede that.
Ali (رضّى الله عنه) said:
“The Messenger of Allah had forbidden Mutah on the day of Khaybar and had forbidden the eating of the meat of domestic donkeys.” [Bukhari, Muslim, Tirmizy, Ibn Majah, Nasa`i, Tahawy, Shafi’i, Bayhaqy, and Hazimy]
According to Abu Huraira:
The Messenger of Allah had forbidden or abolished temporary marriage, its marriage and its divorce, its waiting period, and its inheritance. [DarQutny, Ishaq Bin Rahwiya, and Ibn Habban]
