Muslim laymen, moderates, scholars or anyone else, if anyone has iota of eeman ie belief in Allah then he will never revile the Quran. The moment anyone rejects even 1 verse from Quran, Mocks it or Reviles it fully knowing that this is the word of Allah then he is a disbeliever.

If you felt certain passages in Quran is objectionable then it is due to lack of understanding the word of Allah OR being influenced by the islamophobic propaganda.
