This claim is malicious because:

It was the Prophet (صلى الله عليه و سلم) who worked for her to get married to Zayed when he was his adopted son. Though she was not very keen on marrying Zayed R.A in the first place. (This marriage continued for 1 year after which there was divorce.) If he wanted to marry her he could in the first place instead of arranging her marriage with different person. Both prophet and the lady,paternal aunts daughter (Zainab radhiallahuanha) grew up together. It wasn’t love at first sight as haters attack. He advised his adopted son to continue with his marriage when he was informed by him about his marital differences and his intentions to divorce his wife. [If he was really keen in marrying his adopted sons wife then he would have encouraged him to divorce her] Allah also states in Quran prophet disliked to marry her because of social repercussions [ you did fear the people (Quran 33:37)] Prophet waited for 3 menustrual cycles of zainab before consummating. This incident demolishes claims of Islam haters. Prophet Muhammad SAWS was having no dearth of beautiful women to get married to. He could have got any women he desired for marriage including unmarried girls instead of divorcee. So the dirty minds can only think dirty things, however we need to remember that he was Prophet of Allah and he was SINLESS and far removed from such filth & those who question his character are either ignorant OR themselves characterless.

He prophet Muhammad saws was the man of noble character and the best human being to have set foot on earth.
