Do Sunnis Feel Guilty About Shia Suffering

Do Sunnis feel guilty for what they have done to Shias? - A look into whether Sunnis acknowledge or feel guilt for the suffering of Shias throughout history. :::

Answer:

As per Islamic teachings no person carries burden of another person’s sin and every person is born sinless.

So we already have our fair share of sins which we have earned with our deeds and if at all we should be guilty then it should be with regards to these sins instead of those committed by people over which we had no control.

Please note that my answer doesn’t mean that I have already accepted that there was one sided atrocities committed by Sunnis against Shia’s historically, but that is another discussion.
