First of all you should check your source of knowledge about Islam. If you are trying to learn Islam from Islamophobic sites on internet then you are fooling yourself.

To gain knowledge of Islam you need to read the Quran, Hadith and the Seerah (Biography) of the prophet PBUH and his companions R.A. You need to learn from Islamic scholars past and present and authentic books written by these scholars. This is the bare minimum.

If Pakistan has terrible record of minority treatment then so has been the case in India. I haven’t heard of large scale genocide of Hindus in Pakistan whereas there has been genocide of Muslims in various riots including the infamous Gujarat riots of 2002 and Sikh genocide in 1984 - both were at the hands of Hindu Majority. We have Maoists who blow up police convoys in India & have committed terrorist acts time and again and almost all of them happen to be Hindus. We have rohingya Muslims being terrorized in Buddhist majority Burma. Of late we are seeing several examples of lynching in the name of beef eating and a heinous case of burning alive of Muslim on claims of love jihad by hindutva brigade.

Are these examples sufficient enough to prove that Hinduism & Buddhism are not peaceful religion ? Similar examples can be provided for all major religions across the world. We need to remember that the religion is different from the followers of religion. Just by having a Muslim name doesn’t make all actions that a particular person does as Islamic. No religion preaches rape then why do we have so many rapes in India ?

We need to be objective while accepting atrocities committed by our brothers in faith first before trying to find faults & criticizing other religions, else it will be hypocritical.

Furthermore there is widespread allegation that Pakistan Hindu population has diminished due to Hindu Genocide and Forced Conversion. This is yet another Myth which is not proven by statistics.

Lastly Pakistan funding terrorism is more of a political issue rather than a religiously inspired one as Islam is totally against terrorism under any pretext whatsoever.
